Patricia Evans After 25 years in Sales & Marketing for Formica Limited, Patricia now acts as a freelance consultant for several companies operating in the architectural specification market. Her role within Facto is to find routes to market for the products, developments or concepts and seek out new opportunities for the design team. Trevor Henman Trevor has over 40 years experience running a shopfitting and interior products business. He is a Past President of the National Association of Shopfitters and retired Fellow of the Chartered Society of Designers and the British Institute of Management. He is also a director of Granfit Holding Ltd, responsible for Group product concepts, development and liaison with design teams to bring products to the market.

Iain MacDonald Managing Director of Granfit Holdings Limited and Managing Partner of Edinburgh law firm Bell & Scott, Iain provides the management, financial and legal expertise for Facto. Iain has facilitated product design within the Granfit group of companies and advises his legal clients on IP issues. Brian Watson Brian is a co-founder of the product design practice, Wills Watson+Associates. Educated at Cambridge University and the Royal College of Art, he has over twenty years' experience designing products in the rail transportation, architectural, retail, scientific and medical sectors. Tony Wills After graduating from the RCA, Tony ran his own design and manufacturing company before joining international architectural practice DEGW as Managing Director of their product and graphic design subsidiary, T3. In 1992 he set up Wills Associates Limited and, in 2003, jointly established Wills Watson+Associates.
